We will ensure the tea supplied to you is originated, processed, stored and transported in a safe & hygienic environment, incorporating new technologies & systems, using adequate resources. iTea is dedicated to delivering the FRESHEST and FINEST quality teas to every customer.
We source our teas through a network of international suppliers. Our teas has been flavoured and blended from imported ingredients sourced from more than 17 countries. The material used to make our pyramid tea bags has been imported from Japan, where pyramid tea bags and its packing technology were first invented.
We monitor all our suppliers on a regular basis through our quality management system. All new suppliers are required to go through this system before they are listed as our regular supplier. We have reviewed many different manufacturers & suppliers, and tasted hundreds of teas. We have screened out teas that does not match the quality we know you want, ensuring the teas we delivery to you are of top quality.
